Taqleed k do (2) Meaning hain, ek Lagwi, Dusrey Shar’ai,

isi tarah Aalim ki Ata’at jo k Aam musalmaan kartey hain, us ko bhi Taqleed na kaha jae ga, q k koi bhi In Aalimon ki baat ya in k kaam ko apney liye Hujjat nahin banata, balkey yeh samajh kar in ki baat ko manta hai k molvi aadmi hain, kitaab se dekh kar keh rahey honge, agar saabit hojae k in ka Fatawa galat tha, ya Kutub Fiqah k khilaaf tha, to ki bhi un ki na maaney, Ba’khilaaf E Qol E Imaam Abu Haneefah k agar woh Hadees ya Quran ya Ijma ya Ummat dekh kar Mas’ala Farma den to bhi Qaboolaur agar apney Qiyaas se Hukum den to bhi Qubool hoga, yeh Faraq zarur yaad rakhen..

Taqleed E Shar’ai to shari’at k ehkaam main kisi ki Perweeh karney ko kehtey hain, jesay Namaz, Rozey, Hajj, Zakaatwagerah k masail main Aa’em’mah E Deen ki Ata’at ki jaati hai,
aur Taqleed E Ger Shar’ai Dunyaawi Baaton main kisi ki Perweeh karna hai, jesay Tabeeb log Ilm E Tab main Bu’Ali’Seena ki, aur Shair log Meer Taqi Meer, Gaalib, Ya Daag ki, Ya Sarfi O Nehwi log Sebooyah aur Khaleel ki perweeh kartey hain,
isi tarah har Peshay aur Peshay main Fun k Maahireen ki Perweeh kartey hain, yeh Taqleed E Dunyaawi hai..
Sufiyaa E Karaam jo Wazaif O Aamaal main apney Mashaikh k Qol O Fael ki Perweeh kartey hain, woh Taqleed Deeni to hai, Magar Shar’ai nahin hai,
Balkey Taqleed Fil Tareeqat hai, is liye yeh Shar’ai Masail, Haraam O Halaal main Taqleed nahin, haan jis cheez main taqleed hai woh Deeni kaam hai..
Taqleed Ger Shar’ai agar Shari’at k khilaaf hai to Haraam hai,
agar Khilaaf E Islam na ho to Jaez hai,
Burhi Aurten apney Baap Dada’oun ki Ijaad huwi Shaadi Gami ki in Rasmon ki Pabandi Karen jo Khilaaf E Shari’at hon to Haraam hai,
Tabeeb Log jo Tab’ai masail main Bu’ali’Seena wagerah ki perweeh Karen jo k Mukhaalif E Islam na hon to Jaez hai,
isi Pehli Qisam ki Haraam ki Taqleed k baarey main Jagah Jagah Qur’an Mumani’at karta hai, aur aesi Taqleed karney waalon ki burai bhi karta hai..

Nez Qayaasi Masail main Fuq’ha ka Quran O Hadees se Dalael Pesh karna sirf Maaney huwey Masail ki Taa’eed k liye hota hai woh Masail pehlay hi Qol E Imam se Maney huwey hotey hain, to Bila Nazar Fil Daleel k yeh Mainey (Meaning) nahin k Muqallad Dalael Dekhay hi nahin, Balkey yeh Dalael se Mas’ala Hal na karey..

Mujtahid woh hai jis main is Qadar Ilmi Liyaqat aur Qabliyat ho k Qurani Isharaat O Ramooz samajh sakey aur Kalaam k Maqsad ko pehchan sakey is se Masail nikaal sakey, Naasikh O Mansookh ka Pura Ilm rakhta ho, Ilm Sarf-O-Naho-O-Balaagat wagerah main us ko puri mahaarat haasil ho, ehkaam ki tamam Aayaton aur Ahaadees par us ki nazar ho, is k ilaawah Zaki O Khush Feham ho, dekho Tafseeraat E Ahmadiyah wagerah k jo is Darjey tak na Puhanch saka woh Ger Mujtahid Ya Muqallid hai.. Ger Muqallid par Taqleed zaruri hai Mujtahid k liye Taqleed mana hai…

3. مجتہد فی المسایُل
